The Santa Margarita Water District has issued a Notice of Preparation (NOP) of a Draft Environmental Impact Report and Public Scoping Meeting Notice for the San Juan Watershed Project. The presentation will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the San Juan Capistrano Community Center (map).
